Ecommerce and Production Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Order Management System (OMS) / Order Processing Executive based in Surat. The responsibilities include handling purchase orders, managing sales orders, ensuring the seamless processing of customer orders, and overseeing the end-to-end order management process. Proficiency in Purchase Orders, Sales Order Processing, and overall Order Processing

Strong knowledge of Order Management and related processes

Proficiency in using relevant software tools and platforms is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred

Previous experience in order processing or ecommerce operations will be considered a plus
