Job role - Generative AI Developer / Lead Location - Pune & Chennai

We are seeking a Generative AI Developer to join our Controls Technology team and contribute to building scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.
This role focuses on leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance automation, improve controls, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Generative AI solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements
Develop and optimize LLMs using fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT)
Build and deploy RAG-based applications with hybrid search capabilities
Integrate AI models into enterprise systems using APIs and microservices architecture
Ensure robust deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with stakeholders across risk, compliance, and technology teams
Maintain adherence to AI governance, data privacy, and regulatory standards
Support model monitoring, performance tuning, and lifecycle management
Required Skills
Strong experience in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow / Keras)
Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI tools (LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex)
Experience building RAG systems and working with vector databases
Knowledge of model optimization (quantization, DeepSpeed, vLLM)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices
Understanding of AI risk, governance, and compliance frameworks
Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in AI/ML with Generative AI exposure
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments (BFSI preferred)
