Location- Bangalore We are Collekto, a product-led fintech SaaS company working with NBFCs, banks, and fintechs in the
Retail & MSME debt collections space.
After three years of building the product and onboarding our initial clients, we are now focused on
Success function and looking to onboard a Customer Success Manager who will own client
coordination, communication, and delivery outcomes.
Own day-to-day engagement with assigned client accounts
- Act as the coordination point between Sales, Tech, and Support teams
- Support account stability, renewals, and ongoing engagement
2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Operations
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, fintech, NBFCs, banks, or enterprise clients
- Early-stage fintech SaaS company with active enterprise clients
- Direct collaboration with accountable teams across product, tech, sales & support.
