Branch Supervision Manager

Key Deliverables:
Drive profitability through cluster P&L ownership and margin improvement
Ensure high-quality security service delivery and customer retention
Lead operations including deployment, audits, and team supervision
Manage client escalations, collections, and contract compliance
Role Responsibilities:
Develop and execute cluster-level operational strategies
Maintain strong IR practices and lead manpower planning and training
Implement safety, HR, and compliance standards across sites
Drive revenue growth through upselling, billing efficiency, and cost control
