Description : Engagement Type : ContractExperience : 10+ YearsLocation : OpenJob Overview : We are seeking a senior and mature Organization Change Management (OCM) professional to support an ongoing SAP transformation program. The role requires strong experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP Ariba environments, combined with excellent project and stakeholder management skills. The consultant will act as a key change leader, working across multiple vendors and business stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and successful delivery.Key Responsibilities : - Lead and execute Organization Change Management (OCM) strategy for SAP S/4HANA or SAP Ariba initiatives- Develop and manage change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments- Define and execute communication, training, and adoption strategies- Act as a single point of coordination across multiple vendors, ensuring alignment and timely delivery- Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to manage change risks- Drive user adoption, engagement, and resistance management across business units- Ensure OCM activities are fully integrated into the overall project plan and milestones- Provide regular status updates, risk mitigation plans, and recommendations to leadership- Support governance forums and leadership reviews with clear OCM insightsRequired Skills & Experience : - 10+ years of overall experience with strong focus on Organization Change Management- Proven experience working on SAP S/4HANA OR SAP Ariba programs- Strong understanding of enterprise transformation initiatives- Excellent Project Management and Program coordination skills- Demonstrated experience managing multi-vendor and multi-stakeholder environments- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills- Ability to work independently and take ownership in fast-paced environments- Experience in global or large-scale enterprise programs is highly preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
