Finance Manager - Planning and Accounting

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager with around 4 - 5 years of
experience to lead our financial planning, compliance, and reporting functions. candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, financial controls, and
strategic planning, and will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and growth of the
Lead and manage the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Develop and implement robust internal financial controls and compliance processes.
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Oversee statutory audits, tax planning, GST, TDS, and other compliance requirements.
Drive automation and improvements in financial systems and reporting tools.
Support M&A evaluations, due diligence, and integration activities when required.
B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in financial management roles.
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance
Proven experience managing end-to-end finance operations in mid to large-sized
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) and advanced MS Excel skills.
