DevOps JAVA Lead
Job description
- Lead software development projects, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and architect scalable systems and microservices using Java technologies.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed in development.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in Java development and share knowledge with the team.
- Ensure compliance with software development standards and documentation processes.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java technologies.
- Spring Boot, Oracle, Angular, CICD pipelines, Security scan tools (Veracode, Mend & Acunetix), Design patterns, Architectural principles, Agile methodology.
- Proven experience in a technical lead role, guiding teams in software development projects.
- Extensive knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
