Job Description
Note: We are looking for more into development side candidate
Experience & Responsibilities
- Telecom CRM, Order Management, and Business Portals operation support experience for at least 10+ years with any leading telecom operator
- Experience in leading Amdocs Clarify Operation team for at least 4 years
- Experience in leading Operations for business portal applications for telecom industrye
- Extensive knowledge in ClearBasic, PL/SQL, Java/C#, Shell scripting/Perl
- Responsible for -
o Order to cash flow
o Manage fallouts
o Case management
o Provisioning
- Well versed with ITSM processes, Tools like Jira and ServiceNow
- Expertise in Unix, PL/SQL and Cron/Batch Job scheduling is mandatory.
- Knowledge of AppDynamics is desirable
- Good understanding of core Amdocs Clarify modules will be added advantage

• Work in 24 x 7 shift.
