Position: HR & Administration Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (On-Site)
Experience: 4+ years in Office Administration/Workplace Operations/ HR and Admin management in Corporate Environments

We are seeking a dependable and experienced HR & Administration Executive to manage day-to-day office operations while working closely with the HR team to support overall workplace functions.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth administrative processes, structured coordination, and a well-managed office environment.
Office & Administration
Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning
Manage facilities, maintenance, AMCs, housekeeping, and office supplies
Handle travel coordination, logistics, and meeting arrangements
HR
Assist in recruitment
Assist in maintaining employee records, documentation, and HR files
Assist with attendance tracking, payroll inputs, and compliance documentation
Coordinate internal communication and day-to-day HR administrative tasks
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Administration, HR Admin, or Workplace Operations
- Graduate in any discipline; HR/ Business background is a plus
- Comfortable using MS Office and structured documentation systems
