Data Analyst / Scientist - Python / AWS
Data Scientist / Analyst Location: Chennai
Experience: 4 to 10 years
As a Data Scientist / Analyst, you will play a key role in modeling vessel behavior, analyzing fleet health, and supporting sustainability metrics through advanced analytics and machine learning. You will work with large datasets and cloud-based tools to deliver predictive insights and contribute to operational efficiency and environmental goals.
Model vessel behavior and operational patterns using statistical and machine learning techniques
Analyze fleet health to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
Utilize AWS services such as SageMaker and Athena for scalable data processing and analysis
Write efficient data queries and scripts using Python, R, and SQL
8–10 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and modeling
- Experience with machine learning techniques including predictive maintenance and anomaly detection
- Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker and Athena
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
