Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment records, reports, and hiring metrics. ATS English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Human Resources Recruitment Talent Management
have minimum 1 years of experience
Strong sourcing and recruitment skills.
Experience with candidate screening and interview coordination.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
Experience in agency or corporate recruitment is preferred.
Knowledge of talent mapping, employer branding initiatives, modern sourcing techniques, and recruitment platforms is preferred.
