MatAll is building a quick commerce platform for construction and home repair materials, delivering essentials to job sites within hours. We're solving a broken, offline-heavy supply chain with speed, transparency, and tech-first execution.
You will be the first engineer at MatAll, responsible for designing, building, shipping, breaking, fixing, and scaling everything across the product ecosystem, including user mobile apps (iOS and Android), supplier mobile apps, web apps for users, admin panels (web and mobile), as well as backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure.
Building end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and mobile.
Shipping working products quickly, focusing on usability over perfection.
Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) Deploying and managing applications on AWS or similar platforms.
Working closely with founders to convert ideas into shipped features within days.
Learning by doing over formal training.

have minimum 1 years of experience
Some experience in building and shipping apps (college, internship, or freelance projects count). (Built and shipped at least one live product (share links). (Experience in building marketplace, delivery, or quick commerce apps (clones also count). (Startup or side project experience. (Knowledge of Node.js (Express or similar).
Knowledge of React (web).
Knowledge of Flutter or React Native (mobile).
Knowledge of MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
Actively used AI tools to build real features or products (e.g., Based in or willing to work from the Gurugram office.
