Senior Product Specialist (Quality)
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software solutions using .Net, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server Management Studio.
Collaborate with teams for seamless integration of Duck Creek technologies such as Rating, PolicyCenter, and Manuscripts.
Implement processes and controls to ensure statutory compliance and audit readiness.
Manage renewals, endorsements, changes, and cancellations.
Use GIT for version control and ensure code quality and consistency.
Build and enhance UI components using CSS, XML, XSLT, and HTML.
Provide technical expertise in Duck Creek Core Utilities and database management.
Conduct system audits and performance reviews; recommend improvements.
Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and smooth business operations.
Stay updated with industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Document technical processes for knowledge sharing.
Communicate effectively in English with global teams and stakeholders.
