Regional sales Directors
Role & responsibilities Sales Management:
Team Leadership: Managing, motivating, and mentoring a team of sales representatives.
Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned area.
Target Achievement: Setting individual and team sales targets and monitoring performance to ensure goals are met.
Sales Process Oversight: Overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Sales Reporting: Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Sales Analysis & Market Knowledge:
