Required Skills
10+ years in QA with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in setting up or scaling a QA CoE.
Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and testing methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Job Description:
Build and lead the QA Center of Excellence, defining frameworks, processes, and tools.
Establish and enforce QA best practices across projects and teams.
Drive automation strategy and adoption across the testing lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA efforts with business and delivery goals.
Mentor and guide QA teams, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
