About the job
Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide academic counseling to prospective students and help them choose suitable courses based on their career goals.
2. Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide students about programs, admissions, and enrollment procedures.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners through regular follow-ups.
4. Convert inquiries into successful enrollments by effectively explaining course benefits and career outcomes.
5. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, leads, and admissions in the CRM system.
6. Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to support lead generation and student engagement activities.
7. Assist students with the application and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth admission experience.
8. Stay updated about the institute's programs, industry trends, and career opportunities to provide accurate guidance.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Excel, along with strong research and presentation skills.
