Project Manager - Planning
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for aerospace programs.
Develop project schedules, define milestones, and manage budgets and resources.
Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to meet project goals.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients.
Ensure all deliverables meet aerospace industry standards and customer expectations.
Prepare regular status reports and documentation for leadership and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience in project management within the aerospace or manufacturing industry .
Strong understanding of engineering processes, supply chain operations, and quality control standards.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
