Corporate Relations Officer
Job Title: Corporate Relations Officer

Location: Kochi (Onsite)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with companies for partnership and hiring opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Understand company hiring needs and align them with suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and placement processes between companies and candidates.
  • Document interactions and maintain records in CRM and Google Sheets.
  • Follow up with companies to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Represent the organization professionally in all interactions.

Skills Required:
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience with Google Docs/Sheets.
  • Previous experience in Corporate Relations, B2B Sales, or Recruitment is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple client conversations and follow-ups.
