Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, your day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. You engage in creating seamless experiences that enhance client services by integrating innovative solutions. Your workday includes collaborating with various teams to implement new technologies and approaches that address complex business challenges, all while embracing a cloud-first and agile methodology to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of system components.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems to enhance performance and user satisfaction.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable backend services.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Familiarity with integrating legacy systems with modern technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe.
This position is based at our Pune office.
