Data Analyst - Hybrid (Contract)

About The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to support our procurement and project teams. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong Excel skills, experience handling data, and basic exposure to vendor coordination. You will work on multiple projects, assisting in data entry, vendor follow-ups, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, update, and analyze Excel-based data for multiple projects.

Perform accurate and timely data entry to support project deliverables.

Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards in Excel.

Coordinate with vendors for follow-ups, documentation, or clarifications as required.

Assist project teams with administrative and operational tasks.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables.

Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team.

Qualifications & Skills

2–4 years of prior experience handling Excel-based data and data entry (internships, project work, or employment).

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data cleaning, formatting).

Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.

Effective communication skills (written and verbal).

Basic vendor management or coordination experience is an advantage.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Willingness to work in a hybrid setup – minimum 3 days a week from the office.
