Role Overview
We re looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on building relationships spotting opportunities and closing impactful deals. You ll be the front face for Brandmovers with clients and partners driving growth by converting conversations into long-term collaborations.
Key Responsibilities

Drive new business by identifying opportunities across industries.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals.
Pitch Brandmovers capabilities to prospective clients and design tailored proposals.
Lead client conversations from first contact to deal closure.
Work closely with Creative Tech and Strategy teams to deliver winning solutions.
Keep a pulse on industry trends competition and emerging opportunities.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
What We re Looking For

2 4 years of experience in Business Development Sales or Client Acquisition (agency background preferred).
Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into winning solutions.
Self-driven resourceful and comfortable in a fast-paced creative environment.
Strong network within the advertising/marketing/digital ecosystem is a plus.
