Job Title: Techno-Functional Transition Consultant – L&D Services
Engagement Type: Freelance role in Gurgaon

NIIT is seeking a Techno-Functional Transition Consultant to support the transition and enablement of managed Learning & Development (L&D) services. The consultant will not be responsible for building or implementing technical integrations directly. Instead, they will define requirements, coordinate across technical stakeholders, validate integration design, and manage testing and readiness activities across systems that support the L&D ecosystem.

Identify all relevant systems, data flows, integrations, and operational platforms involved in the service delivery model.
Ensure requirements cover areas such as Workday Learning administration, vendor management workflows, and operational reporting .

Integration Coordination (Workday, SSO, Data Flows)

Workday Learning integrations and data flows
Downstream data exchanges between systems and NIIT platforms
Work closely with Workday and IT consultants who will implement the integrations, ensuring:
Testing scenarios are prepared and validated.

Testing, Validation & Readiness

Define and coordinate functional and integration testing scenarios across systems.
Coordinate UAT and transition readiness activities with Client and NIIT stakeholders.

Data Privacy reviews
Enterprise Assurance and risk reviews
Workday and integration consultants
L&D operations teams
Transition Planning & Knowledge Transfer

Support the planning and execution of technology-related transition activities required to move into steady-state service delivery.
Required Skills & Experience

NIIT DNA: Deep understanding of NIIT's Managed Training Services (MTS) tools and operational workflows.
Strong experience in techno-functional consulting roles supporting enterprise system transitions or service setup programs .
Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation across multiple systems.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) , preferably Workday Learning .
Experience coordinating requirements, validation, and testing across multiple technical teams .
Preferred Experience

Experience supporting Learning & Development outsourcing or managed learning services engagements .
Familiarity with Workday ecosystem and HR technology integrations .
Experience working in large enterprise environments involving governance processes such as InfoSec, Data Privacy, and risk assessments.
