Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient individual to lead our Technical Design and Quality Assurance efforts for Cable Jointing Kits and Accessories. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end technical lifecycle of our products, from initial concept and design through rigorous quality testing and continuous improvement. This role also encompasses guiding the team in the preparation of comprehensive technical documentation for daily inquiries and tenders, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This position requires a deep understanding of cable accessory technologies, relevant industry standards, and a strong commitment to delivering world-class quality and technical support.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the design, development, quality assurance, and technical documentation support of cable jointing kits and accessories.
