Job Role: Business Analyst
Experience : 5 Years+
We are looking for a highly analytical Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across product, strategy, marketing, and go-to-market functions. This is an internally focused role centered on analysis, research, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration rather than direct client engagement.
The ideal candidate is a structured thinker with strong learning agility who can translate data and market insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
Data Analysis & Insights
Perform quantitative analysis on structured and unstructured datasets
Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Ensure data accuracy and integrity
Synthesize research into clear business insights
Support planning and prioritization with fact-based recommendations
Develop recurring and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders
Translate complex analysis into concise presentations and summaries
Deliver data-backed insights to leadership teams
Break down ambiguous business problems into structured approaches
Partner with product, marketing, operations, and strategy teams
Gather requirements and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, macros)
Exposure to AI-assisted tools for research, analysis, and automation
Experience supporting strategic planning, business cases, or opportunity sizing
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field
MBA or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Strategy (preferred)
Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, analytics, strategy, or operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 tools
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA
PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
Certification in Business Analytics / Data Analytics
Microsoft Excel Expert Certification
Power BI / Tableau Certification
Agile / Scrum Certification (CSM or equivalent)
