Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the Director as needed.
Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external clients.
Anticipate the Director's needs and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the executive in addressing issues.
Manage special projects as assigned.
