Content Strategist (Websites)

Responsibilities:

Develop targeted, customer-focused content aligned with marketing goals and strategies

Understand the product landscape and competition to craft compelling messaging and case studies

Conduct customer interviews and translate insights into persuasive success stories

Collaborate with internal teams to support product announcements, releases, and marketing campaigns

Manage and create content for various digital platforms: websites, microsites, email campaigns, newsletters, blogs, articles, and case studies

Maintain a content calendar that aligns with overall marketing priorities and campaign timelines

Ensure consistent brand voice and customer experience across all channels

Design content that supports personalized user journeys across the customer lifecycle

Leverage knowledge of sales and marketing tech stacks to optimize content performance

Requirements:

Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content

Background in B2B tech products is required

Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferred) or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, or Creative Writing

Strong skills in marketing, advertising, and web copywriting

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Experience with content management tools and digital content best practices

A portfolio or sample works showcasing content writing capabilities
