The Project Lead,
Community Forums, will play a crucial role in fostering a vibrant, helpful, and scalable
online community for our global audience.
The Community & Engagement Team is dedicated to building strong relationships and
drive product adoption, enhance customer satisfaction, and extract actionable insights
Strategic planning, launch, and continuous improvement of the Saviynt community forums to align them with business goals

• Manage day-to-day operations of the community platform, ensuring technical performance, feature functionality, and content governance are maintained
• Develop and implement engagement programs, moderation policies, and content strategies to drive participation and positive user experience
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing teams to integrate community insights into business processes and product development cycles

Monitor and analyze community KPIs (e.g., active users, engagement rate, self- service deflection) and report on performance to stakeholders
Identify, recruit, and empower community advocates and super-users to contribute valuable content and support their peers
Ensure all community activities and content adhere to company brand standards and legal guidelines

2+ years of professional experience in a Project Lead, Community Management, or similar role

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience managing communities on the Khoros Platform or similar community engagement software (e.g., Salesforce Experience Cloud, inSided, Higher Logic)
• Demonstrated ability to drive a community strategy from concept through execution and optimization
• Strong experience with analytics and reporting tools to measure community health and business impact
• Advanced skills in Google Slides for clear and compelling presentation of community strategy and performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building relationships with technical and non-technical users
• Exceptional project management, organization, and problem-solving skills
