Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with extensive experience in Global Distribution Systems (GDS), specifically Galileo and Sabre. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of quality across processes and deliverables while working independently as an individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality audits and reviews for GDS-related processes and transactions.

Ensure compliance with established quality standards and service level agreements.

Identify gaps, recommend improvements, and implement best practices.

Analyze errors and provide actionable insights to improve process accuracy.

Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to senior management.

Mentor and guide team members (if applicable) in quality-related areas.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality with hands-on experience in Galileo and Sabre.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.

Lead or Manager designation may be offered depending on experience and skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in training or mentoring team members.

Knowledge of additional GDS platforms (Amadeus, Travelport) is a plus.

Strong understanding of quality metrics and process improvement techniques.
