Recruitment - Technical Recruiter

About the Role Your role will involve end-to-end technical recruitment for our clients and internal teams across the APAC region, with a primary focus on high-growth markets like Singapore, Malaysia, and others. This is a critical role that connects top-tier technology talent with impactful career opportunities across Asia.

Identifying, sourcing, screening, and matching the right technical talent, leveraging deep knowledge of the specific talent markets (e.g., Providing a best-in-class, culturally nuanced recruitment experience to candidates and hiring managers across diverse APAC locations
Partnering with management to develop sophisticated recruitment plans that support the open requirements

At least 4 years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience , with significant prior experience recruiting for clients or companies in the Southeast Asia/APAC region (e.g., In-depth understanding of the nuances, salary expectations, and top recruitment channels for technology talent within APAC markets.
Strong knowledge and passion for technology, high level of comfort with all types of online applications, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
Attention to detail is important along with the ability to work on multiple requisitions and projects at one time.
