Creative content development: Conceptualise video ideas, write engaging scripts, and develop strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Video production: Produce high-quality, visually engaging videos using Adobe Creative Cloud, Filmora, or Final Cut Pro.
AI-powered editing: Use cutting-edge tools like ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Runway ML, and Synthesia to speed up workflows and enhance video quality.
Adapt content to suit each platform's requirements, including formats, styles, and audience preferences.
Create compelling narratives aligned with brand voice and social media trends.
Trend & data analysis: Stay ahead of viral formats, monitor analytics, and refine strategies based on performance data.
Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form pieces optimised for social media.
Project management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Probation:
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Content Writing Video Editing Video Making
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience with Filmora or Final Cut Pro.
Familiarity with CapCut and Canva Pro for quick edits and social content.
Exposure to AI editing tools (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Runway ML, Pictory, Synthesia) is a strong advantage.
Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Ability to interpret analytics and optimise performance.
A strong portfolio of video content for social media.
Demonstrate a portfolio of social media video content or willingness to create sample work.
