Director of Human Resources - (in English)

Description The Clinic/hospital Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflow, excellent patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Candidates with prior experience in any supervisory or managerial role preferably in beauty, healthcare, wellness or hospitality industry can apply.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
Manage staff schedules and performance, providing training and development as needed.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and clinic policies.
Monitor and manage clinic budgets and financial performance.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care.
Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in clinic management or healthcare administration or any other customer service or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient working in computers and maintaining patient records.
• Good attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt to clinic environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary: 35K-45K per month plus incentives.
Work Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Work Timing: 10 am to 6 pm (Sat and Sun will be working, Any one day off on the weekday)
