Job Description:
As an Agency Manager at Kotak Life Insurance, you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of life insurance advisors to drive business growth. The role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring consistent business performance through your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and motivate insurance advisors to achieve business targets.
Guide and support the advisor team to generate sales of life insurance products.
Develop new business opportunities through individual and team efforts.
Maintain healthy relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of advisors on a regular basis.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in any sales field (Insurance / Banking / FMCG / Telecom / etc.).
Graduation is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and lead a sales team.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
