We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team at PREPCA. If you're passionate about finding the right talent, building strong teams, and creating impactful hiring experiences — we'd love to connect with you!

This is a full-time, on-site (Work from Office) role based in Pune, as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter , you'll play a vital role in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent that aligns with PREPCA's mission and culture.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle — from understanding hiring needs to onboarding selected candidates.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and professional networks.
Conduct screening calls, interviews, and candidate assessments.
2+ years of experience in hiring/recruitment (preferably in B2C, EdTech, or service-based industries).
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Excel/HRMS tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
Graduation and above (MBA in HR preferred).
