Crisis24 is hiring an Intelligence Analyst based in our office in Bangalore, India, to join our Embedded Intelligence Services Division. The role will be to support the needs of various clients, producing bespoke intelligence to support specific requirements as directed. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, have broad corporate security or intelligence analysis experience, and be suited to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

The role is to support a 24/7 team and therefore will involve weekend and shift work. This is a hybrid role with regular office attendance required.

Produce timely, comprehensive, customized intelligence products to inform decision makers and support various client functions and requirements. Open-source intelligence collection for active and developing threats to client travelers, assets, and operations

Gather, assess, and disseminate analysis on regional trends, events, and global security threats, the likelihood and to what degree that they will affect the client travelers, assets, and operations

Actively monitor open-source media, third-party subscription services, and other sources in real time for issues that could affect business operations and personnel

Produce bespoke itinerary-based threat assessments covering travel, sites, and locations

Be responsible for the production and delivery of regular cadence intelligence reports (Daily/weekly/monthly)

Conduct social media monitoring for threats to individuals and brand reputation, and investigations into persons of interest

Experience

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters' degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• 2 to 4 years' of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response, or a related field required

Excellent research, writing, and verbal briefing skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps

Ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervision

Good rapport-building skills with other analysts, subject matter experts, and client contacts

Additional language and travel experience preferred

Customer service experience preferred

Flexible hours and work days are required to meet Crisis24's core mission

Required to be available to travel to client locations as needed
