This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Kakinada. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, creating strategic business plans, preparing sales proposals, and achieving revenue targets. Strong skills in Business Development, Relationship Management, and Client Acquisition
Expertise in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Negotiation
Ability to conduct Market Research, analyze competition, and identify growth opportunities
Effective Communication, Presentation, and Networking skills
Proficiency in Project Management and Target Achievement
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
