Qualification: Certified Graduate; preferably Postgraduate in Marketing / Communications / Business Administration / Education.Knowledge: • Understanding of sales pipelines and enquiry-to-enrolment conversion processes.

• Knowledge of education marketing strategies and brand positioning.
• Awareness of market segmentation and target parent profiling.
• Familiarity with school admission procedures and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of competitive school landscape and differentiators.

Technical Proficiency: • Strong persuasion and consultative selling skills.

• Ability to manage CRM systems and track lead conversions.
• Skilled in conducting structured campus tours and programme presentations.
• Data-driven approach to tracking admissions metrics and forecasting enrolment.
• Digital communication proficiency (email campaigns, WhatsApp engagement, follow-ups).
• Computer (technology) literate.

Experience: 2–5 years in school admissions / education marketing / sales / relationship management.

Proven experience in achieving conversion or enrolment targets preferred.
