Working in a state-of-the-art call center, as part of a dynamic customer support team

• Managing high call volumes/email volumes and delivering exceptional quality services to our customers
• Offering products such as flights, hotels, car rentals, and insurance.
• 24/7 according to schedule Rotational (Night shifts are included)

Should have at least one year of experience in a call center environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills i n English
Travel Industry knowledge is a plus.
