Senior Programmer Analyst - SalesForce

Description :Immediate Joiners or less than 30 days notice periodWe are seeking an experienced Senior Applications Analyst with expertise in Salesforce, Conga CLM, and Conga X-Author for Excel (MANDATORY) to lead application solution design, development, enhancements, and maintenance initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design scalable solutions, optimize processes, and ensure effective application performance.Solution Design & Analysis :- Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform- Work with stakeholders to optimize business processes and recommend system improvements- Create functional and technical design documents- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and best practicesConga CLM & X-Author Solutions :- Architect and configure Conga CLM solutions including contract creation, approvals, workflows, renewals, and integrations- Design and implement Conga X-Author for Excel solutions for data management, reporting, and document automation (MANDATORY)- Ensure seamless integration with Salesforce and other enterprise applications- Optimize contract lifecycle processes and improve efficiencySalesforce Development & Configuration :- Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations including flows, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation- Manage security model including profiles, permission sets, and access controls- Perform application enhancements, defect fixes, and continuous improvements- Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliabilityIntegration & Deployment :- Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications- Participate in testing, release management, and deployment activities- Ensure production readiness and smooth go-live processes- Troubleshoot and resolve post-deployment issuesGovernance & Collaboration :- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and security standards- Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams in an Agile delivery model- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives- Drive continuous improvement initiativesMandatory Skills :- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce design, development, and application maintenance- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration / Configuration- Experience in Conga CLM and Conga X-Author for Excel (MANDATORY)- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, objects, flows, reports, dashboards, profiles, and permission sets- Understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred Skills :- Salesforce Admin / Platform certifications- Experience with Apex, Lightning Components, APIs, and integrations- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology- Experience working in enterprise-scale environmentsBenefits & Work Environment :- Competitive compensation aligned with experience- Health and wellness benefits- Paid time off and holidays- Learning and development opportunities- Inclusive and collaborative work environment (ref:hirist.tech)
