Experience
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within HR consulting and contract staffing markets.
Collaborate with senior management to create and execute strategic business development plans that align with the company's goals and growth objectives.
Work closely with current clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services, both in consulting and contract staffing.
Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and client feedback.

have minimum 1 years of experience
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the HR consulting and/or contract staffing industry/EOR.
Proven track record of generating leads, acquiring clients, and achieving sales targets in HR consulting and staffing services.
Strong understanding of HR consulting services, including talent management, organizational development, and contract staffing solutions.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to business development and a collaborative mindset.
Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Navi- Mumbai, Thane, and Mumbai Suburbs.
