We are hiring a Head of Product to lead product strategy, user experience, growth funnels, and product execution across the Astro Arun Pandit ecosystem.

This is not a basic feature management role.

We need someone who can think deeply about user journeys, conversion, retention, product-led growth, app growth, web funnels, customer experience, and business outcomes.

The person in this role will work across consumer apps, websites, consultation funnels, e-commerce journeys, course platforms, astrology reports, and future spiritual-tech products.

About the Role

As Head of Product, you will own the product roadmap, user experience, feature prioritization, funnel improvements, product analytics, and execution across key digital products.

You will work closely with founders, tech, growth, creative, analytics, CRO, marketing, and business teams to build products that are fast, useful, scalable, and commercially strong.

The role requires someone who can convert business vision into clear product strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap across app, web, funnels, and digital products
• Convert business goals into product priorities, PRDs, user flows, and execution plans
• Improve onboarding, activation, recharge, consultation, purchase, booking, and retention journeys
• Work on Horocosmo app flows including kundli, astrologer discovery, wallet recharge, chat/call activation, notifications, and retention loops
• Improve website and landing page funnels across consultations, reports, products, courses, and puja bookings
• Identify funnel drop-offs and work with growth, CRO, analytics, design, and tech teams to improve conversion
• Prioritize features based on business impact, user need, data, effort, and speed
• Run product experiments and A/B tests to improve CVR, retention, payment success, and revenue
• Work with engineering and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases
• Study customer feedback, reviews, support tickets, app behavior, and analytics to improve product decisions
• Build product dashboards and track product KPIs
• Create product systems that reduce founder dependency and improve execution speed

What We Are Looking For

• Strong product management experience in consumer apps, D2C, marketplace, fintech, edtech, content, or consumer internet businesses
• Strong understanding of user journeys, product-led growth, conversion funnels, retention, and monetization
• Experience working with app products, web products, landing pages, checkout/recharge/payment flows, or marketplace flows
• Ability to write clear PRDs, user flows, wireframes, product briefs, and execution plans
• Strong data orientation and comfort with product analytics, funnel data, cohorts, retention, and A/B testing
• Ability to work closely with founders, engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and business teams
• Strong prioritization ability
• Strong ownership mindset and execution speed
• Ability to build scalable product systems, not just manage feature requests
