We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to lead and manage the overall HR function. The role requires a strong business partner who can align HR strategies with organizational goals, drive culture, and build a high-performance workforce.
Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
Drive capability-building initiatives and succession planning.
Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy
Lead talent acquisition, retention, and employer branding initiatives.
HR Business Partnering with Leadership
Performance Management & Rewards
Design and implement performance management systems.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward frameworks.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Policy Framework & Governance
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
HR Operations Excellence
Oversee HR operations including payroll, attendance, and HR systems.
Compliance & Risk Management
Mitigate HR-related risks and handle audits effectively.
Organizational Development & Change Management
Lead organizational development initiatives and change management programs.
Support business transformation through HR interventions.
HR Analytics & Decision Support
Utilize HR data and analytics to drive decision-making.
Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
Manage employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
Minimum 10+ years of experience
Strong leadership and stakeholder management
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
Experience in manufacturing / corporate environment preferred
