As a Discovery Lead within the POSIG Process Optimization team, you will analyze and transform business processes across Payments Operations. You will leverage diagnostic tools and data-driven insights to identify and deliver impactful improvements. Conduct data-driven analysis to quantify benefits and gain insights
Collaborate with Operations leaders and key partners across the bank
Lead data analysis and connect diagnostic datasets for process improvement
Manage analysis projects to deliver outcomes within defined timeframes
Demonstrate experience in business analysis for process improvement in financial organizations
Transform and analyze data using tools such as Alteryx and Excel
Utilize Process Mining, Task Capture, and Task Mining analysis tools
Apply knowledge and experience of Payments products
Track project tasks and deliverables using JIRA
Integrate advanced process analysis methodologies
Support continuous improvement initiatives within Payments Operations
