Marketing Executive: Performance Marketing
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Kozhikode. The Performance Marketer will oversee performance-driven campaigns across multiple platforms, monitor key metrics, and optimize marketing activities to achieve better ROI. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing ad campaigns, analyzing data to evaluate campaign success, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with creative teams to develop high-impact marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Expertise in Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, and Campaign Optimization
Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar tools
Experience with SEO, SEM, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-team projects
