What You'll Do Performance & Growth
SEO, SEM/PPC (Google/Meta/LinkedIn), LinkedIn organic, YouTube, email automation, landing pages, and CRO .
Create/adapt ad creatives, hooks, and landing page copy aligned to our brand and technical offerings.
Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
SEO with Advanced Techniques
Build a topical authority map for terms like ' cyber range ,' ' SOC deployment ,' ' CTI services ,' and ' cybersecurity company '; execute a content plan to win non-brand, high-intent traffic (including misspellings such as 'cybre sewcurot').
Launch programmatic SEO pages (industry/use-case/location/university variants) using guardrailed content briefs (originality, factuality, tone).
Implement entity-first SEO (entities, synonyms, relations) with strong internal linking and hub/cluster architecture.
Set up efficient content ops: prompt libraries, editorial checklists, plagiarism checks, source tagging, E-E-A-T (author bios, case studies, citations).
Technical SEO: crawl budget cleanup, canonicals, XML sitemaps, CWV (LCP/CLS/INP), image alt/next-gen formats, and log-file insights.
Create YouTube SEO playbooks (metadata, chapters, descriptions) and interlink with site hubs.
Measure using non-brand clicks , share of SERP , keyword movement by cluster , and content→lead conversion.
Must-Have Experience

• 3–5+ years in digital/performance marketing with proven lead-gen results (B2B, EdTech, or cybersecurity preferred).
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads , GA4 , GSC , GTM , strict UTM governance .
• Strong semantic SEO & topical authority work (pillar/cluster sites, entity maps, schema at scale, internal link standards).
• Comfortable with Ahrefs/Semrush , Screaming Frog/Sitebulb , and content brief tools (e.g., Landing pages & CRO: WordPress/Webflow (or similar), form builders, A/B tools; Portfolio/case studies with hard metrics (non-brand traffic growth, rankings for target clusters, CPL, CVR, ROAS).

Experience marketing cybersecurity / developer / technical training .
Basic HTML/CSS , Canva/Figma, YouTube thumbnails & scripting.
Webinar funnels (Zoom/Meet), influencer/affiliate experiments, community growth.
Familiarity with Next.js /technical sites, CWV fixes, CDN/edge basics.
Non-brand clicks & impressions for clusters: 'cyber range,' 'SOC deployment,' 'CTI services,' 'cybersecurity company,' etc.
Keyword movement by cluster , SERP features won (FAQ/HowTo/Video/Review snippets), internal link graph health .
MQLs & SQLs , CPL/CPA , ROAS , CTR/CVR , landing page bounce & form-fill rate , pipeline impact.
SEO audit + topical map; dashboards in Looker Studio.
~non-brand clicks up 30–50% ; internal linking standards & content playbooks running at cadence.
