We are looking for a Demand Marketer to build and scale demand generation for Mavlers' CRM and Lifecycle Marketing services. This role is deeply focused on driving pipeline from CRM and Lifecycle Marketing leaders at global brands. Build and execute demand generation and ABM programs for CRM & Lifecycle marketing services
Own account selection, segmentation, and messaging for target accounts
Work closely with Sales to align on ICP, account lists, and pipeline targets
Take full ownership of pipeline impact, not just lead volume
Growth Marketing & Channel Exploration
Identify where CRM and Lifecycle leaders actually engage (communities, platforms, formats)
Balance creativity with rigor-every experiment tied back to CPL, CPA, and pipeline quality
Manage a meaningful marketing budget with freedom to test and iterate
Allocate spend based on performance, efficiency, and pipeline contribution
Track and report precise CPL and CPA metrics, with a clear path to ROI

Channel-level performance and scalability
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 4-8 years of experience in Demand Generation / Growth Marketing
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS or B2B services environments
- Hands-on experience with ABM and ICP-driven marketing
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
Equally excited by creative exploration and performance metrics
