The Correspondence Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist has expertise in conducting audits to identify areas for improvement and implementing quality improvement initiatives in Correspondence processes.

Identify and analyze quality assurance issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Develop and implement comprehensive quality and assurance policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to quality assurance requirements.
Prepare reports and documentation related to quality assurance monitoring.
Promote increased knowledge and adherence to quality assurance standards among colleagues.
Education And Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree.
Healthcare quality assurance experience is an advantage.
Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in quality assurance processes.
Bring valuable insights and make effective decisions in quality assurance matters.
Flexible and adaptable, can adjust to changing priorities and requirements.
Compensation
Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons .
This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentiv e bon us in accordance with company policies .
