Project Management Officer

Evening Shift 5:00PM to 02:00AM IST (Non Negotiable, We work mostly with US customers in EST Time Zone)

Key Responsibilities and Skills

Oversees project plans, project monitoring and adapting the project plans as needed
Works with key stakeholders to understand the business needs, and create project plan(s) that aligns with the project's objectives
Create project plans, project charters and project schedules
Maintains and manage risk repository for all projects
Identify and resolve issues and risks
Responsible for timely reporting on all Project status
Conduct and manage project status sync call with both internal as well as external teams
Manage resources to make sure schedule is on track
Responsible for Project portfolio management
Set goals and expectations for the project team and monitor status
Requirements Location: - Mohali
Experience: -2-5 Years
Education: - Any Graduate or Post Graduation Degree/Diploma
Salary: - As per Industry Standards
Technical Skill: Proficiency in Project Management Software and a strong understanding of Advanced Excel functionalities are essential.
