Role Summary We are seeking a Business Development Executive to support client engagement, business growth initiatives, and operational coordination. This role offers structured learning, professional exposure, and hands-on experience within a disciplined financial environment.
Assist in business development and lead coordination activities
Prepare reports, maintain data accuracy, and support internal operations
Assist with algo-trading operations (non-discretionary, no risk trading)
Freshers or professionals with 1–3 years of experience
Graduate in Finance / Commerce / Management
Basic understanding of financial markets
Professional attitude with a growth-oriented mindset
Structured training and continuous learning
Exposure to real-time financial markets
Ethical and process-driven work culture
