We are established legal firm based out of GIFT City, focused on providing high-quality legal and regulatory advisory services to clients across financial services, IFSC entities, and corporates.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents including agreements, contracts, and policies
Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters (including IFSC regulations)
Support in handling compliance and regulatory advisory for clients operating in GIFT City
Liaise with regulatory authorities and assist in filings, approvals, and documentation
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–5 years of experience in a law firm or legal advisory setup
- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws
- Exposure to financial services / IFSC / regulatory frameworks will be an added advantage
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills
- LL.B (Mandatory)
