About the job
Key responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our IT & digital services (website, app, and marketing solutions, CRMs).
- Follow up with leads via call, WhatsApp, and email to convert them into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate records of daily calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to understand client requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through consistent communication and follow-ups. Skill(s) required

Probation: Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

- Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
- Variable pay: ₹ 5,000 /year
